Senior Vice President of Channel Sales and Distribution, Boost Mobile

As Senior Vice President of Channel Sales and Distribution for Boost Mobile, Sam leads channel sales strategy and operations, which includes a retail partner network of over 5,500 retail locations. Sam oversees expanding and maximizing Boost Mobile’s relationship with its local dealer partners and the brand’s presence in the communities it serves. Sam also oversees the alignment of the field sales organization and store execution for the business through indirect and national retail channels.

Sam Sindha is a driven leader who brings over 30 years of experience in wireless and telecommunications sales and consumer electronics. Before joining DISH, Sam spent 15 years at T-Mobile where he most recently led the Sales and Operations organization, setting sales and operations strategies that drove monumental revenue growth and increased customer service satisfaction, earning top customer care ratings for seven consecutive years. Prior to T-Mobile, he held various sales and operations leadership roles with CompUSA.

His leadership earned him a spot on the Top 50 Diverse Leaders list in 2020, alongside luminaries from Netflix, UPS, NFL, and NBC. Same was recognized as a T-Mobile Trailblazer panelist. He featured in the Los Angeles Times’ “How I Made It” series and was profiled in the Orange County Business Journal in 2018.

Sam earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from California State University, Long Beach and enjoys basketball and traveling with his wife and children.
