Senior Vice President, Customer Retention and Marketing
As Senior Vice President for Customer Retention and Marketing, Kevin is responsible for profitably retaining DISH’s customer base, driving revenue per subscriber and increasing product and service engagement with existing customer marketing.
Previously as Vice President of Marketing, Kevin oversaw DISH TV’s customer retention, implementing programs and strategies to maximize subscriber metrics and customer engagement. In addition, he continues to manage the customer advocacy group that uncovers customer pain points and implements strategies to address them.
Before DISH, Kevin held a variety of leadership roles in Finance and Marketing and was the Director of Marketing for both Alta Colleges and Deluxe Corporation.
Kevin obtained his Master of Business Administration from University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance. Kevin is a proud Colorado native who enjoys traveling and spending time skiing in the mountains with his family.
