Executive Vice President, Customer Experience Operations
Kathy Schneider is the Executive Vice President of Customer Experience Operations. In this role, she is responsible for driving customer experience strategy for all of DISH’s pay-TV and retail wireless brands, focusing on both upstream end-to-end experience design and downstream touchpoint delivery. She and her talented team of CX advocates own field customer care operations, billing and credit operations, digital customer experience, and CX transformation.
Previously at DISH, Kathy served as Senior Vice President of Operations over the customer care and digital teams. Prior to her role as SVP, she acted as DISH’s Vice President of Finance, responsible for financial planning, financial analysis, safety and treasury.
Before her time at DISH, Kathy spent nearly a decade working for several major U.S. airlines, holding a variety of positions in Finance, Sales, and Marketing, and notably serving as Champion Air’s Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2007.
Kathy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.
