Brandon Ehrhart

Brandon serves as General Counsel, Wireless. In 2020, DISH became a nationwide U.S. wireless carrier through the acquisition of Boost Mobile. DISH continues to innovate in wireless, building the nation's first virtualized, O-RAN 5G broadband network.


Brandon also serves as Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary, where he handles other DISH affairs such as those involving its Board of Directors, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, securities, and other strategic relationships.


Brandon joined DISH in 2003 as Associate Corporate Counsel and has since held positions of increasing responsibility over the years. Prior to DISH, he began his legal career in Seattle where he worked for Gray Cary (now DLA Piper) specializing in corporate transactions for private and public companies.


Brandon graduated from Duke University with an A.B. in Economics, Public Policy Studies and a Certificate in Markets and Management Studies in 1997. He then earned his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2000.
